  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup (15g) fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper, and let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  2. Step 2: Brown the Chicken Heat olive oil in a skillet, brown chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes per side, then transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
  3. Step 3: Create the Garlic Butter Sauce Reduce heat, add butter to the skillet, sauté garlic, thyme, rosemary, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and scrape up browned bits.
