- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- 6 slices of pepperoni
- 1 tbsp sliced black olives (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Heat a large pan over medium heat.
- Step 2: Place one tortilla in the pan and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese evenly over it.
- Step 3: Top with the second tortilla and cook until golden brown on both sides, and the cheese is melted, about 2-4 minutes per side.
- Step 4: Spread pizza sauce over the top tortilla, then add remaining cheese, pepperoni, and olives.
- Step 5: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Slice and serve.
