  • ¼ cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
  • ¼ cup (60ml) cold water (if using cornstarch)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Flavor Base In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using).
